My colleague, Gary Ware, and I had been running Team Building workshops for over a decade for Fortune 500 companies around the country. What we noticed in a majority of the work settings we were in is that teams wanted help with creativity, collaboration, and communication. All of the C words. Yet, they weren't willing to address the A-word. The toxic person in the room. So, created a workshop just to eradicate A-Holes from the workplace.
Within less than a year, we were accepted to speak at some of the top conferences in the world, as well as recognized as two of the top 100 HR Influencers of 2020.
